1st February saw the beginning of Bikeability for Year 5, going through their paces at controlling their bike before dealing with the open road...

 

The children have arrived safely at Minstead, they are all very excited and are just about to head off on their first Forest Walk.

Well done to all those children chosen for the top table today.  They all showed great Haselworth values this week.

This  morning the children learnt about Robert Burns and the tradition of Burns' night.  They finished off by singing Auld Lang Syne.

The children have been getting involved in creating a Haselworth Way display. They spent a long time thinking about what makes Haselworth a special place to be.

 

Every Friday the whole school will be taking part in the Beat That Maths Challenge.  This is designed to help them practise their calculation and times tables skills.  A letter will be coming home with more details next week.

Some of our parents have asked if we can do a Christmas Jumper Day, therefore children are welcome to come to school in a festive Christmas jumper on Thursday 17th December.

 

We are currently improving and updating our website to make it more accessible and the site easier to navigate.
