We are moving on this term to the more targeted Y2 skills and as a transition to this, we will be using a text the children are familiar with from last term's book talk 'Lost and Found'. The slides explain the VIPERS system we use to teach these key reading skills beyond decoding the words and break down the skills taught across the 2 sessions.
