Today will mostly be focused on foundation subjects.

PE Shang Dynasty Lesson 5

This is the last lesson in this unit. I've seen some great work over the last few weeks, with some really strong holding of positions and controlled movements. In this lesson, I want you to practise your sequence from last week (hopefully you've got it written down somewhere), and improve it. This is easiest if you video yourself, but you can also talk yourself through your sequence, and tell yourself how to improve! I am attaching a success criteria sheet for you to use to assess yourself. Ideally you would record a video, but just filling out the sheet will be ok if this is difficult. Finally, the sheet also asks for any improvements that could be made in teaching this unit, especially remotely. Be polite (!), but let me know your feedback.
